Team Cäef: Six Young Curators Launch Chunk Open Call

Team Cäef, a curatorial collective founded in 2014 by six young women—Federica, Alessandra, Ilaria, Valeria, Emma, and Claudia—has launched Chunk, an open call for young artists working in video, photography, installation, and performance. The group, whose members come from backgrounds in painting, museum education, and architecture, aims to explore contemporary art through diverse perspectives. Chunk will culminate in a group exhibition that reflects the experiences of their generation, avoiding clichés and offering fresh viewpoints. The collective describes its mission as leaving a mark by narrating the visions and sensations of their peers, without providing definitive answers but rather proposing points for reflection. The open call focuses on contemporary languages to capture the present moment.
