Tate Appoints Daisy Desrosiers as Britton Family Curator at Large, North America
Tate has named Daisy Desrosiers as the new Britton Family Curator at Large for North America, a position supported by the Britton Family Foundation. Operating from the United States, she will concentrate on enhancing Tate's collection of North American art through research, acquisitions, and curatorial partnerships. An interdisciplinary art historian and curator, Desrosiers was previously the Director and Chief Curator at The Gund, Kenyon College, since 2021, where she oversaw a major institutional overhaul. She co-curated the 15th Shanghai Biennale and collaborated with artists such as Vivian Suter, Joan Jonas, and Naeem Mohaiemen. Desrosiers takes over from Christine Y.
