TassonArt 2026: Terra. Anima e materia nel borgo di Tassonarla

The fifth edition of TassonArt, a contemporary art exhibition, will take place from July 31 to August 2, 2026, in the village of Tassonarla, Tresana, Italy. Curated by Samantha Ghironi, Mattia Lapperier, and Alessio Manfredi, the event explores the theme "Terra. Anima e materia" (Earth. Soul and Matter). The exhibition transforms the entire village into an open-air space featuring sculpture, painting, installation, and performance. Notable international artists include Kan Yasuda, Luciano Massari, Cynthia Sah, and Nicolas Bertoux. Emerging artists such as Samantha Passaniti, Paolo Migliazza, Augusto Gadea, and Seungwan Park also participate. The program includes a talk by Angela Vettese on new geographies of contemporary art, a theatrical performance "Walk_in_Shakespeare" directed by Andrea Battistini, creative workshops, and a symposium with students from the Liceo Artistico. A closing talk on the future role of artists features gallerist Giovanni Bonelli, ArtsLife director Massimo Mattioli, artist Luciano Massari, and curator Chiara Guidi. The exhibition remains open throughout August and by appointment on Fridays.
