Tamarindo Apartment: Estúdio Minke's 113 sqm Renovation in São Paulo

In Higienópolis, one of São Paulo's most traditional neighborhoods, the Tamarindo Apartment (Apê Tamarindo) has been completed as an interior renovation project by Estúdio Minke. The 113-square-meter apartment was transformed to create an authentic home for a couple, balancing natural elements, Brazilian references, and an industrial language that appreciates the property's original structure. The project, curated by Susanna Moreira, was completed in 2026 and photographed by Maura Mello. The design moves away from standardized solutions, aiming to connect the residents with their own history.
