Taipei Exhibitions Explore Urbanism, Historical Connections, and Cultural Identity

MOCA Taipei hosts 'Perforated City,' a group exhibition running through 9 August, examining urban space with themes like gentrification, surveillance, and epidemics through works by eighteen artists and collectives. At Each Modern, 'New Relics I: Crossing Over' from 31 July to 29 August features Ai Weiwei's 'Jointed Tables' (2010), merging Qing dynasty tables, alongside Wu Chuan-Lun's 'Dogformation – Weave Poles' (2019) and sculptures by Shiau-Peng Chen, connecting past and present art.
