TAILOR newsletter by Artribune celebrates first anniversary

publication · 2026-04-26

TAILOR, the newsletter by Artribune dedicated to fashion intersecting with art and culture, marks its first anniversary on January 11, 2026. Curated by Margherita Cuccia and Giulio Solfrizzi, the bi-weekly publication will continue to feature exclusive stories, news, exhibitions, and opportunities. The first "Ipse Dixit" of the year focuses on Valeria Gallese, a veterinarian and founder of AquiLANA in Santo Stefano di Sessanio, who transforms Abruzzese wool from waste into sustainable, handcrafted yarns, blending tradition, innovation, and contemporary culture. The upcoming "Focus" section will highlight the Museo del Profumo in Milan, a nearly invisible venue housing one of Italy's most important collections of olfactory culture. In spring, the museum will relocate to an early 20th-century warehouse on Via Washington, hosting temporary exhibitions and its new permanent home. The director notes the museum studies romantic perfumery from the early 1800s, when perfume moved from artisan workshops to industry, up to the 1970s. TAILOR also covers international trends, sustainability, fashion weeks, careers, and academic training, targeting professionals, students, and enthusiasts. The next issue is on January 25, 2026. Subscription is free.
