t + m design office completes 157 m² Loli House in Hanoi for young family
Completed in 2023, the Loli House stands on a narrow 35m² plot with just 3.6 meters of frontage along Tran Cung Street in Hanoi. Designed by t + m design office for a young family, the residential project occupies a total area of 157 square meters. Miwa Negoro served as the project's curator. The street itself was established in 2005 and runs through several former villages—Hoang 1, Hoang 2, and Hoang 4—within the historical area known as Xã Cổ Nhuế. This district is now officially designated as Co Nhue 1 ward, located in Bac Tu Liem district within Hanoi City, Vietnam. Architectural photography for the project was handled by Hoang Le.
