Swire Properties Arts Month 2021 partners with ArtReview for public art installations in Hong Kong
So, in Hong Kong, there’s this event called Swire Properties Arts Month 2021, running from May 19 to June 9. They’ve partnered with ArtReview to roll out some cool public art installations. Michael Craig-Martin will display his sculptures at Pacific Place first, and then they’ll move to Taikoo Place from June 14 until August 31. Later, some of his pieces will be permanently set up at Taikoo Li Qiantan in Shanghai. Paul Cocksedge's work, 'Please Be Seated,' will also have a permanent spot at Taikoo Place. Plus, Norwegian artist Fredrik Tjærandsen will launch an immersive exhibition at ArtisTree. ArtReview will manage social media content, focusing on public art's role in Hong Kong and China, especially given recent events.
