Swarovski exhibition previews Palazzo Citterio in Milan
On December 7, 2024, Palazzo Citterio, an extension of Milan's Pinacoteca di Brera, is set to open after years of development. This site, acquired in 1972, will showcase modern art collections. The initiative, originally conceptualized by Franco Russoli in the 1970s, features the Corridoio Russoliano, which was designed by Mario Bellini in 2014. It will display the Jesi and Vitali collections, along with Pellizza da Volpedo's 'Fiumana.' Prior to the grand opening, the exhibition 'Swarovski – Masters of Light' will run from June 17 to July 14, 2024, presenting 50 pieces from Italian designers, curated by Alexander Fury. Admission is free with prior online booking, and chef Carlo Cracco will manage the café, while temporary exhibitions will be held on the second floor.
