Suspended Spaces Collective's 'Refaire surface' at Le LAIT

Founded in 2009 and directed by Françoise Parfait, Éric Valette, and Daniel Lê, the artist collective Suspended Spaces showcases 'Refaire surface' at Le LAIT (Laboratoire International d'Art Contemporain du Tarn) in Albi, France. This exhibition features the works of fifty-six photographers, including notable names such as Valérie Jouve, Bertille Bak, and Roberto Martinez. The collective's theme revolves around 'suspended spaces'—locations where history has come to a standstill, like Famagusta, Cyprus, a ghost town under Turkish occupation since 1974.
