Supernova Festival Brings International Performance to Rimini

From April 12 to 16, 2023, Rimini's Teatro Galli will be the venue for Supernova, a festival celebrating both emerging and established international performances, organized by Motus, Santarcangelo dei Teatri, and the Rimini municipality. The lineup features Greek choreographer Katerina Andreou, Swiss dancer Mélissa Guex accompanied by drummer Clément Grin, and a seven-monitor installation by Fanny & Alexander featuring Claron McFadden and Emanuele Wiltsch Barberio. Additionally, group nanou will showcase a video piece with Alfredo Pirri and Bruno Dorella. Workshops, including those led by Elisabetta Consonni for women who have experienced violence and Susana Botero Santos, will take place. Michele Di Stefano will present a three-hour happening, while public discussions titled "Annusa i fiori finché puoi" will address survival in an exclusionary system. Motus is looking forward to a surge of initiatives throughout the three-year project.
