Supermodel Jessica Stam Lists Hawaii Estate for $5 Million

Supermodel Jessica Stam is selling her 2.4-acre Maui estate for just under $5 million. The property, located in the upcountry community of Kula on the western slope of Haleakalā, features a five-bedroom, four-bath home completed in 1981 and recently updated. Amenities include white oak hardwood floors, wood-beam ceilings, a granite-topped kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a primary suite with a sitting area and covered balcony, a separate suite with gym and infrared sauna, a 40-foot saltwater pool with spillover spa, and a custom yurt. The listing is held by Christopher Barca of Compass. Stam, who moved from New York to Hawaii during the pandemic with her filmmaker husband Brahman Turner and their two children, cited a desire to be closer to her fashion commitments as the reason for relocating. The Canadian-born model, discovered at a donut shop in 2001, has worked with photographers Steven Meisel and Steven Klein, appeared on multiple Vogue covers, and starred in campaigns for Dior, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Lanvin, and Giorgio Armani. In 2005, Marc Jacobs introduced the Stam bag, and in 2007 Forbes listed her as the 15th highest-paid model. At 39, she recently walked for Victoria's Secret, Collina Strada, and Prabal Gurung.
