Summer Festivals in Le Marche: From Digital Art to Animation
This summer, the Le Marche region of Italy celebrated various festivals centered around digital arts, animation, architecture, and performance. The Blooming digital arts festival was held in Pergola on June 23-24, featuring twelve installations, concerts, and workshops with artists such as Aurora Meccanica and Rino Petrozziello. From July 12-16, Animavì, led by Simone Massi, focused on independent animation, welcoming guest Georges Schwizgebel. On July 21, the Demanio Marittimo.Km-278 festival in Senigallia highlighted art and design, with Emanuel Falappa and Silvio Pennesi as winners. Nottenera, under the direction of Sabrina Maggiori, took place on August 19 in Serra de' Conti, while Borgofuturo, organized by Damiano Giacomelli, occurred from July 7-9 in Ripe San Ginesio. The Inteatro Festival wrapped up its 40th edition in Polverigi and Ancona.
