Studio Traccia: New Architecture Studio Launches 'Tracce' Talk Series

Claudia Orsetti and Luigi Olivieri, founders of Studio Traccia, have returned to Italy after years abroad to launch a new architecture practice in Milan. They believe the era of 'archistar' is over, focusing instead on small-scale, everyday contributions. The talk series will feature guests who nominate the next speaker, creating an expanding network. Orsetti and Olivieri see digital communication as essential, comparing Instagram to a post-it note for distilling ideas. They observe a shift towards smart-working and new domestic spaces, accelerated by the pandemic, and advocate for architects to solve problems and restore beauty in daily life.
