architecture-design · 2026-04-21

In 2024, Studio FP02 finalized the GS House residential project, a 545 m² dwelling crafted by lead architects Fernando Pinto, Pedro Nogueira, and Juliana Braga. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac within a gated community, the home is set on a 2,400 m² plot that faces a preservation area featuring a natural spring, allowing the structure to blend seamlessly with the lush vegetation. The project was coordinated by Fernando Pinto and Pedro Nogueira, while Juliana Braga played a key role in the design. Denilson Machado from MCA Estúdio captured the finished project in photographs. Construction involved several manufacturers, including AutoDesk, CRJ Esquadrias, and Portobello, among others, with a focus on harmonizing with the landscape.
