Studio DERA Completes Modern Extension to Historic Belgravia Residence

Studio DERA has designed an 85 m² modern architectural extension for a historic property in Belgravia, London, United Kingdom. The project, named Casa Mozart, was completed in 2025 and adds contemporary space to the period home. Marcel Rahm served as the architect in charge, with the design team from Studio DERA handling the work. Landscape design was provided by FFLO, while structural engineering was managed by Structural Design Studio. General contracting was overseen by JK London Development. Suppliers for the project included BB Fiberbeton, CSI Hull, Guy Valentine, and Ted Todd. Photography was done by Lorenzo Zandri, and the project was curated by Hadir Al Koshta. The extension falls under the categories of houses and expansions, with a total architectural area of 82 m².
