Studio Azzurro and Luigi Ghirri exhibitions open in Puglia on October 15-16
A contemporary art weekend is set for October 15-16, 2021, in Puglia, featuring three openings in Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. In Monopoli, the Think Tank space will debut with Studio Azzurro's exhibition titled 'Meditazioni Mediterraneo', which includes the interactive installation 'Il confine dei corpi' alongside pieces like 'I sette cavalletti in legno' and 'Il colore dei gesti'. Meanwhile, on October 16, the Fondazione Pino Pascali in Polignano a Mare will unveil two exhibitions: 'Tra albe e tramonti. Immagini per la Puglia', a retrospective of Luigi Ghirri's 1983 journey, and 'Latidos', featuring Latin American video art curated by Lucia Cupertino and Maria Rossi. A book on Ghirri will be published internationally in February 2022.
