Stresa Festival 2018: Cross-Disciplinary Program and Bernstein Centenary
The 57th Stresa Festival is set to occur at Lake Maggiore from July 14 to 27 and August 23 to September 9, 2018. Under the theme 'Path Crossing – Traiettorie Incrociate' and curated by Gianandrea Noseda, the festival will showcase 26 events across five categories, including tributes to Bernstein and contemporary jazz. Notable venues include the Eremo di Santa Caterina and Teatro Maggiore. Highlights feature the Italian premiere of Bernstein's 'Peter Pan' along with Zappa's 'The Yellow Shark.' The visual design is created by Gianfranco Botto and Roberta Bruno, enhancing the festival's unique ambiance.
