Sting's Former Manhattan Penthouse Returns to Market at $45 Million

Sting and Trudie Styler's former duplex penthouse at 15 Central Park West has been relisted for $45 million, $5 million less than its 2017 sale price. The 5,400-square-foot home, designed by SheltonMindel, features two spiral staircases, a sculptural gas fireplace, and a 400-square-foot terrace with Central Park views. The couple originally paid $27 million for two stacked apartments in 2008, sold in 2017 for $50 million, and now the current owner is selling. The property includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms, a media room, a library, and a sauna. Permitted plans for a redesign by Foster + Partners are included. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, lap pool, and private restaurant. Sting and Styler still own a penthouse at 220 Central Park West.
