STARTT's Urban Regeneration Projects in Rome and Pesaro
STARTT, an architectural firm, is actively involved in urban renewal efforts in both Rome and Pesaro. In Rome, it was chosen as one of fifteen participants in the '15 projects for the 15-minute city' initiative, which received approval from the Capitoline Council in September 2022. This project aims to enhance connectivity among the Olimpico, Flaminio, and Prati neighborhoods, with architect Simone Capra emphasizing advancements in green mobility and climate awareness. Additionally, STARTT has enlarged the exhibition area for the Fondazione Pastificio Cerere to celebrate its twentieth anniversary. In Pesaro, the firm finalized the Museo Archeologico Oliveriano's installation, revitalized the Ridotto del Teatro Rossini, and collaborated with ESA Engineering on the Decumano Carbon Free plan, which includes a thermal exchange system. STARTT plans to pursue further urban strategy initiatives, such as a museum in Rome and PNRR-funded pathways in Pesaro by 2026.
