Stark's Passive House Forest Retreat Completed in 2025

The Passive House Forest Retreat, designed by Stark, has been completed in 2025. The 4110 ft² residence is located in a forested setting and achieves Passive House certification, demonstrating that high environmental performance can coexist with refined design. The project team includes lead architects David Arnott, Josianne Berube, and JP Hammill from STARK Architecture & Interiors. General contractor was Postle Construction Ltd., with structural engineering by Ikon Engineering, mechanical engineering by Introba, and landscape architecture by CYAN Horticulture.
