Spring Gallery Shows in Rome: Fusj, Silva, Maggi, Veronesi

exhibition · 2026-04-26

Four Rome galleries present spring exhibitions spanning sculpture, painting, installation, and a window display. At z2o Project, Federico Fusj's 'Extrema Ratio' explores sculpture as sound art, using percussion to create works that manifest as sound before form. Curated by Alfredo Pirri, the show runs until June 21, 2025. At Galleria Eugenia Delfini, Caterina Silva's 'things that will never become objects' features performative painting that translates online images, personal moments, and art history into abstract compositions. The exhibition runs until July 5, 2025. At Operativa Arte Contemporanea, Emiliano Maggi's 'La lingua come un’arpa' presents cryptic installations, paintings, and suspended sculptures from 2025, plus a 2020 ceramic work 'Harp', focusing on human-space interaction. The show runs until September 10, 2025. In the same venue's window space 'Una Vetrina', curated by Caterina Antonaci, Flaminia Veronesi's 'We know who you are' uses the siren archetype to encourage women to embrace their potential, running until September 10, 2025.
