Spaziu Davia Franceschini: A Terrace Theater in Corbara by A FABRiCA and CGZ

In Corbara, France, the Spaziu Davia Franceschini project by A FABRiCA architettura and CGZ Architecture creates an open-air theater and cultural center. Completed in 2026, the 450 m² design prioritizes effacement over assertion, extending the ground and revealing the slope to integrate with the landscape facing the Church of the Annunciation and Balagne. The lead team includes A FABRiCA architettura with associate CGZ, engineering consultants DOMENE (environmental sustainability), INGENIA (structural), EKIUM (electrical), Atelier Rouch (acoustic), and landscape architect STD Paysage.
