SpazioA in Pistoia opens two solo shows and a group exhibition post-lockdown

On September 12, 2020, the SpazioA gallery in Pistoia, under the direction of Giuseppe Alleruzzo, launched two solo exhibitions alongside a group show at a nearby artist studio, emphasizing the significance of in-person viewing amid the pandemic. The main exhibition space showcases "Fango," marking Giulia Cenci's inaugural solo show in Italy, featuring an installation initially created for the 15th Biennale de Lyon in September 2019. Meanwhile, Libby Rothfeld presents her first solo exhibition, "Everybody Knows," in the project space, displaying sculptures that merge handmade components with everyday items. Additionally, the group show "Flow" at Francesco Carone's studio includes works by various artists. Alleruzzo expressed that the rise of virtual events highlighted the gallery's crucial role in hosting significant exhibitions. The displays will be available until November 7, 2020.
