Spazio35 Opens in Udine as New Cultural Hub
Spazio35, a new artistic and cultural space, has opened in Udine at via Caterina Percoto 6 in the Borgo Stazione district. Founded by five young professionals—Alessandra Conte, Luca Pavan, Chiara Tomè, Lorenzo Coppola, and Manuel Beinat—the venue houses a multifunctional room for exhibitions, events, workshops, and conferences, a coworking space for freelancers, and the association Constraint, active in the neighborhood since 2019. The space also offers communication services for associations and businesses, focusing on cultural and social promotion. Spazio35 aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to reduce economic and social inequalities and foster an engaged community. A crowdfunding campaign has been launched on the Produzioni dal Basso platform, offering rewards to donors. The founders emphasize the need to change the paradigm of cultural promotion in Udine and Friuli, creating alternative meeting points for active city living. The official inauguration is postponed to spring 2022 due to health concerns. The space intends to integrate with the multicultural and historic Borgo Stazione neighborhood.
