Spazio Salvetti Opens in Lucca as Multidisciplinary Hub for Design, Art, and Food
Spazio Salvetti, a cultural hub in Lucca, commemorates the legacy of Andrea Salvetti, who passed away in 2021. Founded by his wife, Patrizia Grotti, in collaboration with Cook_inc magazine, Magazzino 77, Bottega 2.0, and Studio Creativa, this 800-square-meter venue is located in a repurposed jute factory. It showcases a permanent collection of Salvetti's artwork and hosts various events. Renowned for his industrial-style creations, Salvetti's pieces have been displayed in galleries and at prestigious events, including the 48th Venice Biennale, and he worked with brands such as Sony and Heineken. The center also continues his Food Art performances and has organized discussions with Vittorio Sgarbi on March 31, Andrea Scanzi on April 15, and Giampiero Mughini on April 18, which includes a food event.
