Spazio Almag Opens in Roncadelle with Umberta Gnutti Beretta's Collection

In mid-March 2023, Spazio Almag, a new contemporary art venue, will welcome visitors by appointment in Roncadelle, close to Brescia. This project is spearheaded by entrepreneur and collector Umberta Gnutti Beretta, with Edoardo Monti overseeing the curation. The site, which has been refurbished as part of the Bergamo-Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023 initiative, was previously the headquarters of the family's brass bar manufacturing business, established in 1946. The collection features over 140 artworks, dating from the early 1900s to early 2023, including photography, painting, installations, sculptures, and light works. Notable artists include Andy Warhol, Anish Kapoor, and Anselm Kiefer. Gnutti Beretta aims to fulfill her father's dream of opening this space, with a recent soft launch preceding the official opening.
