The eight-part spaghetti western series 'That Dirty Black Bag' is set to premiere on AMC+ in March 2022 in the US, Canada, and Australia, with an Italian release date yet to be announced. The series, directed by Italian filmmaker Mauro Aragoni, stars Dominic Cooper as incorruptible sheriff Arthur McCoy and Douglas Booth as bounty hunter Red Bill, who decapitates his victims and carries their heads in a black bag. The screenplay was co-written by Silvia Ebreul, Marcello Izzo, and Fabio Paladini, known for 'Il Cacciatore.' BRON Television president David Davoli expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with AMC Networks. Palomar co-CEO Nicola Serra described the two-year production as an adventure aimed at modernizing the spaghetti western genre for younger audiences.
