SpActrum Renovates Dazhou Atelier in Shaoxing's Chaichanglong District

In Shaoxing, China, the Dazhou Atelier has undergone a significant transformation through the efforts of SpActrum, aimed at revitalizing the area. This development replaced dilapidated structures with a newly designed space, spearheaded by architect Yan Pan and a skilled team that included Zhen Li, Yimeng Tang, Ying Li, and others. The project, covering an area of 4,586 square meters, was finished in 2022 with the assistance of local cultural protection authorities and New Century Cultural Tourism. Additionally, landscaping was managed by PHOOO Design, while photographers Shengliang Su and Di Zhu documented the renovation.
