Sotheby's Dubai Launches Two-Year Rotating Exhibition Series with UAE Galleries
Beginning in November 2024 and running through 2026, Sotheby's Dubai will introduce a two-year project known as The Gallery Collective. This initiative will feature a variety of rotating exhibitions, each lasting six to eight weeks, in partnership with local UAE galleries at their DIFC location. The goal is to enrich the UAE’s cultural scene by spotlighting both new and established artists for collectors worldwide. Notable participating galleries include Zidoun-Bossuyt, showcasing Khalif Tahir Thompson and Summer Wheat; Tabari Artspace and The Third Line with a focus on MENA artists; and Lawrie Shabibi, which will feature Form and Rhythm. Other contributors are Leila Heller, Iyad Qanazea, Aisha Al Abbar, Carbon 12, Efie, and Green Art.
