Sonos Exec Colleen DeCourcy Lists East Hampton Hideaway for $10M

Colleen DeCourcy, a top creative executive at Sonos and former co-president of Wieden and Kennedy, has listed her East Hampton cottage for $9.995 million. The shingled home spans about 5,400 square feet plus 2,200 square feet of finished subterranean space, with six en suite bedrooms and seven baths. Designer Heidi Caillier created a layered interior blending pattern, texture, and color. The property includes a two-acre wooded parcel and a separate vacant lot with buildability for a house, pool, and tennis court. DeCourcy purchased the home and land in 2020 for $3.4 million, later adding a neighboring two-acre parcel for $950,000. Both properties were once owned by actor Ralph Macchio. The listing is held by Jenny Landey and Anthony Rosina of Sotheby's International Realty, East Hampton Brokerage.
