Soho Solos: Four Solo Shows by Soho Open Winners at GPS Gallery

Great Pulteney Street Gallery (GPS Gallery) launches the inaugural Soho Solos, a programme developed from the Soho Open in partnership with Parker Harris. Four winning artists—Mandy Hudson, James Robert Morrison, Conor Quinn, and Alice Sheppard Fidler—present solo exhibitions from 10th to 28th June 2026. Alice Sheppard Fidler's 'Present Continuous' uses sculpture to challenge hierarchies and value, drawing on set design. Conor Quinn's 'White Bread' explores car-crash eroticism and death fetishisation through paintings and sculptures set in his family's Irish pub. James Robert Morrison's 'Moments of Visibility' depicts concealed figures from gay pornographic magazines on liquorice cigarette paper, addressing queer memory. Mandy Hudson's 'Untold Objects' elevates everyday items from flea markets into still-life paintings. Concurrently, submissions for the 2026 Soho Open are open until 3rd September, with a jury including Monika Bobinska, Kate Bryan, Darren from London Art Roundup, James Payne, and Lisa Wright selecting up to 100 works for a November exhibition.
