Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang Return in New Apple TV+ Series

Apple TV+ has released a new animated series titled 'In campeggio con Snoopy' (Camping with Snoopy), available from June 14 in Italy. The series consists of ten episodes set at Camp Spring Lake, where Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts embark on adventures while Charlie Brown and friends enjoy hiking, swimming, and campfires. Produced by Peanuts and WildBrain, this marks a new chapter in the franchise created by Charles M. Schulz. The Peanuts comic strip ran daily from 1950 to 2000, drawn solely by Schulz without assistants. It has been translated into over 20 languages and published in more than 70 countries. In Italy, the strip debuted on February 20, 1961, in the newspaper Paese Sera. Notable Italian intellectual Umberto Eco was a fan and translator, describing the Peanuts world as a microcosm and a small human comedy.
