Small plane crash in Texas kills all five aboard

On Thursday night, a Cessna 421C met with tragedy in Texas Hill Country, resulting in the deaths of all five individuals aboard. The incident transpired at approximately 11:25 pm in Wimberley, situated around 40 miles southwest of Austin. Having departed from Amarillo roughly two hours prior, the aircraft was en route to New Braunfels National Airport. Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra noted that initial reports suggest the plane was flying at a considerable speed at the time of the crash. Both the FAA and NTSB will conduct investigations. Meanwhile, another aircraft in the vicinity managed to land safely at New Braunfels airport. The identities of the victims will be released after family notifications.
