Slope House: A Polish Home with a Roof That Becomes a Hill
SOURCE Architecture Studio has finalized Slope House, a 269 m² home located in rural Poland, set to be completed in 2025. The standout aspect of this project is its roof, which stretches beyond the structure, bends down to the earth, and becomes a hill that can be walked upon—this design choice aligns with local zoning laws. The architectural team features lead architects Artur Baranowski from SOURCE and Ivan Boltulenis from SA-BI, with photography by Nate Cook. This residential project was overseen by curator Hadir Al Koshta.
