Skye AI Home Screen App Raises $3.58M Before Launch

Signull Labs, a startup founded by Nirav Savjani (pseudonym signüll), has raised over $3.58 million in pre-seed funding for Skye, an AI-powered home screen app for iPhone that uses iOS widgets to deliver ambient intelligence. The round closed in September 2025 and included backers a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), True Ventures, SV Angel, and Offline Ventures, giving the company a post-money valuation of $19.5 million. Skye, still in private testing, aims to provide personalized insights about weather, health, context, and location, as well as draft emails, prep for meetings, send reminders, and flag suspicious bank charges. The app has attracted a waitlist of tens of thousands of users after a viral video on X garnered about a million views. Savjani, who previously worked at Google and Meta, plans to launch Skye to the waitlist soon but declined to provide a specific date. The startup's SEC filing confirms the funding and Savjani's identity.
