Renzo Piano Building Workshop and State of Craft have finalized The Sky Villa, a duplex penthouse located at the top of One Sydney Harbour in Australia. This marks their third partnership, following their work on the Shard and Shard Place in London. Spanning 9,700 square feet, the residence boasts a V-shaped design with various entertaining areas, such as a double-height great room and a formal dining area featuring a custom 20-foot table. A stone wall and sliding oak doors separate the kitchen. Other amenities include a gym, spa, whiskey room, and tea room. The rooftop terrace offers an infinity pool and outdoor kitchen.
