other · 2026-04-26

The third and fourth episodes of the new series 'Viaggi Di.Segno' will premiere on Sky Arte on Sunday, November 23. The series traces the evolution of Italian design by visiting key locations of Made in Italy, featuring architects, designers, artisans, and creatives who shape materials and consolidate Italy's reputation in the sector. The episode 'La Luce del Mito – Mantova' begins at Palazzo Te, a masterpiece by Giulio Romano, where architect Massimo Marcomini draws inspiration from the frescoes for his collection of lamp-sculptures by Les First. The journey continues to the Les First atelier inside Villa Cavriani, a refined 16th-century residence in the Mantuan countryside. The subsequent episode 'Il Contrasto Armonioso tra Antico e Moderno – Firenze' focuses on outdoor design in Florence, with a stop at Palazzo Strozzi, which recently hosted a major monographic exhibition dedicated to Tracey Emin. The series combines architecture, art, and territory, highlighting the centrality of Italian design on a global scale.
