Sky Arte dedicates a night to Leonard Cohen's musical and literary talents

Sky Arte HD will air a Leonard Cohen Night on Wednesday, September 21, featuring two documentaries. The evening opens with Leonard Cohen – I'm Your Man, a 2015 film directed by Lian Lunson, inspired by a tribute show at the Sydney Opera House in January 2015 with performances by Nick Cave and Jarvis Cocker. The film concludes with a duet between Cohen and U2 filmed in New York. Following that, Leonard Cohen – Live in Dublin captures a 2012-2013 world tour stop in Berlin, where Cohen performed new songs from Old Ideas and curated a retrospective setlist spanning his career. The event highlights Cohen's multifaceted identity as singer, poet, and composer, one of the most important singer-songwriters of recent music history.
