Skunk Anansie Release New Single 'An Artist Is An Artist' After Three Years
After a three-year hiatus, British rock group Skunk Anansie has unveiled their latest single, 'An Artist Is An Artist', accompanied by a music video crafted by David Sitek. This track addresses societal biases and the quest for validation, asserting that an artist's identity is independent of their follower count or age. The band is set to embark on a European tour beginning February 28 in Portugal, with stops in Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium, ultimately wrapping up in the UK. In Italy, they will host eight performances, including March 7 in Milan and July 8 in Rome. Established in 1994, Skunk Anansie made their debut in 1995 and has sold over five million records, reforming in 2009 to release five additional albums.
