Caroline Sciamma-Massenet, founder of the London-based fashion label Skiim Paris, has placed her Notting Hill townhouse on the market for £30 million (about $40.6 million). The seven-bedroom residence on Pembridge Gardens spans approximately 7,425 square feet and features interiors crafted with Peter Mikic, Rundell Associates, and McWilliam Studio. Inside, a Damien Hirst artwork hangs in the foyer, while a pink Italian onyx bar overlooks the garden. The primary suite occupies the first floor, and the lower level includes a cinema, wine room, gym, and plant room. Massenet, who started Skiim Paris in 2016, described her aesthetic as a mix of Parisian chic and London cool. Josh Ratcliffe of United Kingdom Sotheby's International Realty holds the listing.
