Six Curators Announced for 18th Quadriennale di Roma in 2025
The 18th Quadriennale d'arte di Roma is set to take place at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni from October 2025 to January 2026. Six notable Italian curators—Luca Massimo Barbero, Francesco Bonami, Emanuela Mazzonis di Pralafera, Francesco Stocchi, Alessandra Troncone, and Walter Guadagnini—will be at the helm, working alongside the Archivio della Quadriennale on a historical component. This team was selected by the Board of Directors, which includes Katia Gruppioni, Clara Tosi, Lorenzo Zichichi, and Giancarlo Abete, based on a suggestion from President Luca Beatrice. Appointed by the Ministry in February 2024, Beatrice emphasized the importance of showcasing contemporary Italian art. Valentina Muzi discussed this in an interview with Artribune.
