Singer D4vd to stand trial for murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez

On Monday, a judge in Los Angeles determined that D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, will face trial for the murder and dismemberment of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Following a five-day preliminary hearing, Judge Charlaine Olmedo established probable cause and ordered Burke to be held without bail. He is charged with murder, continuous sexual abuse of a minor under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. Prosecutors claim that Hernandez threatened to reveal their relationship, jeopardizing Burke's career. He has entered a not guilty plea and displayed no emotion during the ruling. Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman asserted that the evidence was sufficient for trial, while defense attorneys chose not to comment.
