Simona Bertozzi, Francesco Giomi, Enrico Pitozzi present 'Anatomia' in Ravenna

At Teatro delle Albe in Ravenna, the trio of choreographer Simona Bertozzi, musician Francesco Giomi, and dance scholar Enrico Pitozzi introduced their work titled 'Anatomia.' This performance merges dance with live electronic and acoustic music while incorporating theoretical insights, delving into anatomy as a broad semantic area. Since 2014, Bertozzi and Giomi have worked together, while Bertozzi and Pitozzi have collaborated since 2013. Pitozzi suggested the theme, connecting it to Bertozzi's artistic vision and Giomi's musical style, highlighting the relationship between body and sound. Bertozzi characterizes 'Anatomia' as an enhanced dialogue, with 'radura' as a key concept.
