Silvia Giambrone wins 8th VAF Award at Mart

Silvia Giambrone has been honored with the VAF Award for the eighth time, a prestigious recognition from the German VAF Foundation dedicated to emerging Italian artists under 40. The award ceremony took place at the Mart Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Trento and Rovereto, where Giambrone's artwork will be displayed until May 12. The exhibit will then relocate to the Stadtgalerie in Kiel from June 14 to September 1. Alongside her, Emanuele Giuffrida and Michele Parisi each received €5,000. The VAF Foundation aims to advance contemporary Italian art and boasts a collection of approximately 2,000 works.
