Shanghai Art Week 2021: Exhibitions Spanning Liang Shaoji, Condo, Shiota, and Digital Projects

In November 2021, Shanghai Art Week showcases significant exhibitions throughout the city. At the Power Station of Art, visitors can explore Liang Shaoji's 'A Silky Entanglement' until February 20, 2022, featuring sculptures involving silkworms. The Long Museum presents a George Condo retrospective, curated by Massimiliano Gioni, available until November 28, alongside Chiharu Shiota's exhibition, curated by Mami Kataoka, which runs until March 6, 2022. The Karrabing Film Collective's inaugural Asian retrospective is on display at NYU Shanghai's ICA until December 18. At Prada Rong Zhai, Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg's work is exhibited until January 9, 2022, while Jia Aili's solo show at TANK Shanghai lasts until May 29, 2022. Additionally, the Westbund Art & Design and ART021 fairs take place from November 11-14, and Hans Ulrich Obrist's 'Do It' project will publish a book in late November. Digital exhibitions include Tang Chao's 'Shimmer' on Dianping and Baidu maps.
