Selena Gomez has listed her Encino home for around $6.5 million, having bought it six years ago for $5 million. This house, originally constructed in 1989 for musician Tom Petty and his first wife, Jane Benyo, has seen some upgrades. Located in Rancho Estates, the modern residence spans 11,400 square feet and includes six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Features include a skylit living room with a stone fireplace, a family room, a formal dining area, a spacious kitchen, two primary suites, a movie theater, gym, and a sauna. The nearly one-acre lot has a rock waterfall, spa, pool, and a detached garage. The listing agents are Branden and Rayni Williams from The Beverly Hills Estates. Selena and Benny Blanco got engaged in December 2024 and married in 2025 after purchasing a $35 million estate in Beverly Hills. Gomez also owns a $1.7 million property in Woodland Hills, which her mother and stepfather currently occupy.
