Seia Italian Restaurant and Club Opens on 54th Floor of Miami's 830 Brickell Tower with Museum-Quality Art Collection

Seia, a contemporary Italian restaurant and private club, has opened on the 54th and 55th floors of the 830 Brickell office tower in Miami, Florida. The project is a collaboration between Vlad Doronin's OKO Group and the Michelin-pedigreed Bastion Collection. Designed by Laurence Macadam of Roberts & Macadam London, the space features museum-quality artworks by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Richard Prince, and Joe Bradley. The restaurant's culinary program is led by chefs Salvatore Martone and Alessandro Morrone, focusing on Southern Italian traditions, while mixologist Michele Montauti oversees the beverage offerings. One floor above, the invitation-only Seia Club serves as a private social hub with a 180-degree outdoor terrace offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami's skyline. The club features a dedicated DJ program and salon-style cultural gatherings, operating from 7:00 a.m. for breakfast meetings through evening social events. The 830 Brickell tower, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, represents the first major standalone office building constructed in Miami's urban core in over a decade. Seia's interiors blend Italian modernity with Miami-inspired textures, creating a seamless extension between the restaurant and club spaces.
