See Architects Designs HOURS Commercial Building in South Korea

See Architects, led by principal Kee Lew, has completed the HOURS commercial building in South Korea, a 950-square-meter project slated for 2026. The design team includes Dahyun Lee and Sungjoon Cho, with technical support from Sangil Shin and Jaehoon Chung. The building is situated on a narrow alley less than six meters wide, adjacent to Daehyeon Elementary School to the south, with Hwimun Secondary School and Samseong Station within walking distance to the north. This location favors educational facilities, quiet corporate offices, or tenants prioritizing parking over street visibility. The open frontage created by the school is an asset but also requires careful attention to visual privacy and noise. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro, with photography by Kim Yongsung. General contracting was handled by See Construction, with mechanical engineering by Yongjin ENC and structural engineering by Hangil Structure. The building is categorized as commercial architecture.
