Secondome and Studio F Present 'La Stanza delle Necessità' at Salone del Mobile

At Milan Design Week 2023, a collaboration between Secondome and Studio F resulted in a unique furniture collection crafted from reclaimed solid wood, with curation by Claudia Pignatale. The event, titled 'La Stanza delle Necessità,' took place at Galleria Rossana Orlandi. Five talented designers showcased their work: Simone Fanciullacci, Duccio Maria Gambi, Giulio Iacchetti, Naessi Studio (comprising Eleonora Carbone and Alessandro D'Angeli), and Gio Tirotto. The wood utilized came from a five-meter-tall maple tree that had fallen in Turin. Fanciullacci designed the 'Altamira' cabinet, while Gambi produced stools that can function as tables. Iacchetti presented a hammer and a large bench, Naessi Studio created a circular table named 'Nexum,' and Tirotto designed the 'Book Room,' which merges a seat with a lamp for reading.
